Legal
Privacy policy
How we use company and personal data when you apply, renew, transfer or write to us from Estonia.
We process the legal entity’s register data (name, number, address, country, parent information where required) and the applicant’s contact details (name, email, phone). We use that data to complete the LEI file, to take payment, to email the certificate, and to answer support questions.
The issuer and GLEIF receive the LEI reference data that the standard requires. Some of that data is public in the GLEIF index by design. Payment providers receive what they need to collect the fee. We do not sell mailing lists.
We keep application records for as long as GLEIF and accounting rules require, then delete or anonymise them. You may ask what we hold, and ask for a correction, at info@leifast.com.
Payment providers. Card, wallet, Revolut Pay and SEPA bank-transfer payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, One Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland. Where bank-link payments are offered, they are processed by Montonio Finance UAB (registry code 305205122, Konstitucijos pr. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania), a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. The providers receive what is needed to process and secure the payment: name, e-mail, company and billing details, amount and payment instrument data. They act as independent controllers for their own regulatory and anti-fraud obligations. Card data is entered directly with the provider and never reaches our servers.
LEI issuer and GLEIF. Application data, and the evidence that the applicant may act for the entity, is passed to WM Gruppe (Herausgebergemeinschaft WERTPAPIER-MITTEILUNGEN Keppler, Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany), the LEI issuer. LEI reference data is published by GLEIF (Basel, Switzerland) in the public LEI index; Switzerland has an EU adequacy decision.
Retention. Order, authorisation and invoicing records are kept for at least 4 years, as required by our agreement with the LEI issuer, and for 7 years where the Estonian Accounting Act requires it.
The contact form sends your message to that same address. Do not put payment-card numbers in the form.
The controller is LUTR Group OÜ, registry code 17598042, Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75312, Estonia. Data-protection contact: info@leifast.com.
